Summary
This study tested a new oral medication called REM0046127 for people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. It aimed to see if the drug could affect certain markers in the brain fluid and was safe to take. Participants took either the drug at a high or low dose or a placebo for 28 days after a short initial period.
