Summary
This study tested a new oral medication called REM0046127 for people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. The goal was to see if the drug could affect certain markers in the brain fluid and brain wave activity, and to check its safety. The trial was small and ended early, so it did not determine if the drug improves memory or slows the disease.
