Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (X/T+X-EC) to the standard Alzheimer's medication lecanemab is safe and tolerable. About 60 adults with Alzheimer's will receive either the new drug or a placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also looking at quality of life.
