New study aims to improve dental implant success by preserving jawbone

Summary
This study will check if preserving the jawbone right after a tooth extraction helps with placing dental implants later. About 50 adults who need this procedure will be followed in a hospital setting. The goal is to see how much bone is kept and how well the implants work over time.
