Summary

This study looked at whether alternative treatments—external qigong, mindfulness meditation, or psychoeducation—can reduce anxiety and depression in college students. 55 students were randomly assigned to one of the three groups. Researchers measured changes in anxiety and depression symptoms, as well as students' intention to stay in college.
