Summary

This study is for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to at least three prior treatments. It tests different doses and schedules of a drug called belantamab mafodotin, which targets and kills cancer cells. The goal is to find a dose that controls the cancer while reducing serious eye side effects.
