First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether an app that alters how people hear their own voice (like adding reverb or a whisper effect) can help adults who stutter speak more fluently. About 100 participants will use the app at home for one month. The goal is to see if fluency improves and how often people choose to use the different sound modes.
