Clot-busting drug may ease breathlessness in cancer patients with trapped lung fluid

Summary
This study tests if alteplase, a drug that dissolves blood clots, can help drain fluid from around the lungs and improve breathing in people with cancer. Participants have a tube in their chest that is not draining well. The study will compare alteplase to a placebo to see if it safely reduces breathlessness.
