Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety and tolerability of a single dose of ALTB-268 given intravenously to 24 healthy adults. The goal is to see how the body handles the drug and identify any side effects before moving to patient studies. This is a first step toward developing a new treatment for ulcerative colitis.
