Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called ALT001 in 60 people with multiple system atrophy (MSA), a rare brain disease that affects movement and automatic body functions. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and to see if it can help control symptoms. Participants will be followed for about six months after treatment.
