Summary
This clinical trial is testing whether an experimental drug called NUZ-001 can slow down ALS progression and help patients maintain physical function longer. The study will involve 160 people with ALS who will receive either the active drug or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in physical abilities, breathing function, and survival over time to see if the treatment works.
