First human test of new ALS injection begins

Summary
This is an early safety study testing a single spinal injection of an experimental drug called RJK002 in 9 people with ALS. The main goal is to see if the injection is safe and to find the right dose for future studies. Researchers will also track changes in patients' daily function and breathing over 9 months.
