Summary

This study is for people with early-stage ALS who finished a previous trial of the experimental drug CNM-Au8. It aims to check the long-term safety of the treatment, not to cure the disease. About 40 participants will receive the drug openly, and researchers will monitor side effects and muscle function over time.
