Summary
This study looked for new ways to detect and track ALS using powerful MRI scanners. Researchers scanned the brain, spinal cord, and muscles of 22 people with ALS and healthy volunteers over six months. The goal was to find imaging markers that could lead to earlier diagnosis and better measurement of disease progression.
