Radioactive seeds target pancreatic tumors in new trial
NCT ID NCT05657743
Summary
This study is testing whether tiny radioactive seeds can be safely placed inside pancreatic tumors to control cancer growth. It's for people with advanced pancreatic cancer who have already tried chemotherapy or cannot have more. Doctors will insert the seeds directly into the tumor and monitor patients for three months to check safety and see if the tumor shrinks.
