New radiation treatment shows promise for skin cancer in vulnerable patients

Summary
This study tests a new type of radiation therapy, called Alpha DaRT, for people with weakened immune systems who have a common skin cancer (squamous cell carcinoma). The treatment is injected directly into the tumor. The goal is to see if it can shrink or control the cancer for up to a year. About 28 participants will be enrolled.
