Summary
This study tests three different doses of a weekly IV medicine (Respreeza/Zemaira) in 270 adults with emphysema caused by Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency. The goal is to see which dose best slows the yearly loss of lung density over 3 years. Participants must be 18-65 and have a confirmed diagnosis. This is a long-term maintenance therapy, not a cure.
