First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, alpelisib and fulvestrant, can shrink tumors in people with a certain type of advanced endometrial cancer that has a specific gene change (PIK3CA mutation). About 51 participants with estrogen receptor-positive endometrioid endometrial cancer that has come back or spread will receive the treatment. The goal is to see how many respond, while monitoring side effects every 4 weeks.
