Summary
This study tests the drug alpelisib (approved for breast cancer) in people aged 2 to 30 with certain genetic blood vessel growth disorders. Participants take the drug for at least 2 years and attend up to 16 clinic visits to check if their condition improves. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink abnormal vessels, ease symptoms, and improve quality of life.
