Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called ALN-SNCA in 46 people with early Parkinson's disease. The drug is given as a single injection into the spinal fluid to try to lower a harmful protein linked to Parkinson's. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable, and to see how it affects the body and the disease.
