Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called ALN-APOC3 in 32 adults with dyslipidemia (abnormal levels of fats in the blood). The main goal was to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. Researchers also looked at how the drug changes cholesterol and other fat levels.
