Summary

This early-stage study tested an experimental drug called ALN-APOC3 in 32 adults with dyslipidemia (abnormal blood fat levels). The main goal was to check safety and side effects, and to see how the drug changes fat levels in the blood. Participants were otherwise healthy and either not on statins or on a stable statin dose.
