First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called ALN-6400 for hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT), a condition that causes abnormal blood vessels and frequent nosebleeds. The trial has two parts: first, healthy volunteers get a single dose to check safety; then, HHT patients get multiple doses to see if it reduces bleeding. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
