New diabetes drug aims to make insulin work better

Summary

This study is testing whether a single dose of an investigational drug called ALN-4324 can improve how the body responds to insulin in people with type 2 diabetes. It will involve 40 adult participants who have type 2 diabetes and are already taking a stable dose of metformin. Researchers will measure changes in insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control to see if the treatment is effective and safe.
