Summary
This study looked at how three different sweeteners (allulose, sucralose, and stevia) affect metabolism, blood sugar, and appetite when taken with a meal. Twelve healthy normal-weight adults participated. The goal was to see if allulose, a rare sugar, has different effects than the other sweeteners.
