Summary
This study looks at whether a stem cell transplant or the best non-transplant treatments work better for people with high-risk myelofibrosis, a serious bone marrow cancer. About 90 participants will choose which treatment they want, and researchers will track their survival and quality of life. The goal is to find out which approach offers the best outcomes for this hard-to-treat condition.
