First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called ALLO-329, made from donor immune cells engineered to attack two targets (CD19 and CD70) involved in autoimmune diseases. It is for adults with lupus (with or without kidney inflammation), myositis, or scleroderma. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also looking for signs that the treatment can control disease activity.
