Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called ALLO-316 for people with advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma who have already tried other therapies. The treatment uses specially designed immune cells (CAR T cells) from a donor, along with chemotherapy to prepare the body. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the therapy can shrink tumors.
