Summary
This study aims to understand how the body absorbs and processes a single dose of Allisartan Isoproxil, a medication used for high blood pressure. It will involve 54 healthy Chinese volunteers who will receive either the drug or a placebo. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and monitor for side effects to build a safety and pharmacokinetic profile.
