Summary
This study is testing a new decision-making tool to help nurses place IV lines more successfully on the first try, especially in people with difficult veins. About 800 adults who need an IV will take part, and researchers will track how many needle sticks are needed. The goal is to reduce pain, bruising, and complications from multiple attempts.
