Summary
This study tests whether a drug called Aleeto can help people recover better after a moderate to severe stroke caused by a blood clot. About 192 adults aged 30 to 80 who have had a stroke within the last 72 hours will receive either Aleeto or a placebo. The main goal is to see if Aleeto improves neurological function within 14 days, as measured by a standard stroke scale.
