NCT ID NCT06759753

Summary

This study is testing whether Aleeto, a treatment derived from stem cell components, can help people recover better after a moderate to severe stroke. Researchers will give 192 participants either Aleeto or a placebo along with standard stroke care to see if it improves movement, thinking, and daily function. The goal is to determine if this experimental treatment is safe and effective for reducing disability after stroke.
