Summary
This early-phase trial is testing a new drug called Aleeto, a nerve repair protein, in 20 people with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and progressive brain disorder. The study aims to see if Aleeto is safe and tolerable, and whether it shows any signs of helping with symptoms. Participants will receive the drug via injection into the spine or vein.
