Summary
This study looks at whether a short conversation with a healthcare provider can help people who drink too much after a war reduce their alcohol use. Researchers will screen about 1,260 hospital outpatients in Tigray and offer brief counseling to some. They will then compare the drinking habits of those who got counseling with those who did not over 12 months.
