Summary
This study tested whether personalized text messages can help head and neck cancer survivors quit or reduce alcohol, which raises the risk of cancer coming back. About 126 survivors who had finished treatment and still drank alcohol took part. The goal was to see if the text program was easy to use and helped people stop drinking.
