New hope for hard-to-treat cancers: drug combo enters human trials

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two drugs (AL8326 and toripalimab) in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapy or have no other treatment options. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest and most effective dose, and second, measuring how well the combination shrinks tumors. About 228 adults will take part.
