Immune clues may reveal who benefits from breast cancer chemo

NCT ID NCT07407244

First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study is looking at 268 women with early breast cancer to see if certain immune-related factors in the tumor and blood can predict whether chemotherapy before surgery will be successful. Researchers will analyze tumor tissue and blood samples taken before treatment and check for a complete response (no cancer left after chemo). The goal is to better identify which patients are most likely to benefit from this approach.
