New hope for advanced breast cancer: experimental drug combo enters trials

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AK138D1, given alone or with another drug (ivonescimab), in people with advanced breast cancer. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink tumors. About 286 adults aged 18 to 75 with measurable tumors and adequate organ function may join.
