First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether the immunotherapy drug AK104 (Cadonilimab) given before and after surgery works better than standard chemotherapy for people with a specific type of colon cancer (MSI-H/dMMR). About 386 adults with stage II or III colon cancer that can be removed will take part. The study measures how many patients have no cancer left after surgery and how long they stay cancer-free.
