NCT ID NCT07457762

First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether guidance from a pharmacist can help people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) stick to their inhaled medication, iloprost. PAH is a serious lung condition that makes it hard to breathe and can lead to heart failure. The study will enroll 72 adults who already use iloprost and will test if pharmacist support improves how often they take their medicine and reduces side effects.
