Summary
This study tested whether using simple box fans with special air filters and improving home ventilation could prevent Covid-19 from spreading from one infected household member to others. Researchers enrolled over 200 people living in households with at least three other people. They compared homes that received the air filtration fans and ventilation advice to homes that did not, measuring who got sick over a week.
