Summary
This study is testing whether using portable air cleaners in the bedroom can help people with prediabetes. Researchers want to see if cleaner air leads to more stable blood sugar levels and lower inflammation. The study involves 160 adults who will use either real or fake air filters for several weeks while wearing a continuous glucose monitor.
