Summary
This study looked at whether adding Aikido or Tai Chi training can improve joint flexibility, reaction time, and jumping power in mixed martial arts (MMA) players. 38 athletes aged 18-30 trained for 8 weeks, three times a week. Researchers measured flexibility, agility, and leg power before and after the program to see if these gentle martial arts offer performance benefits.
