Summary
This study tested whether an artificial intelligence (AI)-generated reformer Pilates routine could improve forward head posture as effectively as a routine designed by a human instructor. Forty adults with forward head posture did Pilates twice a week for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in neck angle, pain, movement, and quality of life to see if AI can match a studio-designed program.
