Summary
This study compared how patients with knee or hip osteoarthritis rated answers from an AI chatbot versus answers from doctors. 286 participants reviewed responses to common questions and rated which they preferred, how long and clear the answers were, and how accurate they seemed. The goal was to understand if patients find AI helpful for medical information.
