Patients weigh in: is AI as good as your doctor for arthritis advice?
NCT ID NCT07202286
Summary
This study aimed to see if patients with knee or hip osteoarthritis preferred answers from an AI chatbot or from doctors, and which answers were more accurate. Nearly 300 patients compared responses to common questions about their condition. The research measured patient preference, how easy the answers were to understand, and their accuracy.
