Summary
This study looks at whether using an artificial intelligence (AI) tool during outpatient appointments can improve satisfaction for both patients and healthcare professionals. About 148 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part across several clinics. Some clinics will use the AI tool, while others will follow their usual routine. The goal is to see if the AI tool reduces paperwork, makes visits more efficient, and leads to better recorded medical information.
