Summary

This study looks at whether using an artificial intelligence tool during outpatient appointments can make both patients and healthcare professionals more satisfied. About 148 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part, with some clinics using the AI tool and others following usual procedures. The goal is to see if the tool reduces paperwork, improves happiness, and helps doctors record better notes.
