First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is testing whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can improve satisfaction for both patients and healthcare professionals during routine outpatient appointments. About 148 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part across several clinics. Some clinics will use the AI tool, while others will follow their usual procedures. The researchers will measure satisfaction, visit length, and how much information is recorded.
