Summary
This study tests a new digital tool called iMatter2 that uses artificial intelligence to help people with type 2 diabetes manage their condition. About 353 patients will use the tool to track their symptoms and receive text message support, while others receive usual care. The goal is to see if the tool helps lower blood sugar levels over 12 months.
