Summary
This study compares a new AI-enabled robotic stapler to a conventional stapler in colorectal cancer surgery. The goal is to see if the smart stapler reduces serious complications like anastomotic leaks. About 200 adults aged 18-90 undergoing planned robotic or laparoscopic surgery for non-metastatic colorectal cancer will take part.
